If you heard of it, chances are we did it…

Meat and Livestock Australia – Australia Day 2007 Campaign

Sam Kekovich has been one of the most talked-about faces of MLA for the last three years.

In 2007 he toured each capital city in an effort to spread his lamb message and gain more media coverage for MLA and lamb – and continue to create the lamb and Australia Day connection.

In Western Australia Sam visited both metropolitan and regional Western Australia making it an extremely successful visit, driven by us and resulting in an overwhelming amount of media coverage.

In instances where we were unable to secure coverage directly related to Sam and his WA tour, we pursued media to run recipes and promotions, allowing us to spread our coverage over a wide range of mediums.

We managed to reach every medium – Television, print, electronic and radio. Overall our media value was $254,500, giving MLA a return of over 16 times its investment!

Water Corporation – Summer 2007 Campaign

For summer 2006 and 2007 the Water Corporation asked Devahasdin Communications to breathe new life into the Waterwise program. Devahasdin Communications was able to deliver some of the most creative ideas to generate publicity on a subject that was very topical throughout summer.

The Waterwise program launched with a strong awareness and communications campaign. Over the past 3 – 4 years the campaign has relied on the momentum created at the beginning of the program to carry the message to the public.

With new initiatives, more partners in the Waterwise family and summer approaching, the Water Corporation identified the need for a communications plan for the program to assist in achieving its water conservation objectives and targets.

Devahasdin Communications met with the Water Corporation to assist in the development of the campaign, implemented it, and achieved outstanding results.

This campaign had a number of different angles that allowed us to gain coverage across a number of mediums.

It was our objective to reinvent the Waterwise message generating some fresh media coverage and this was clearly achieved across both radio and print media.

Devahasdin worked with the Water Corporation on two very successful events, brought the Waterwise message to the general public through a display at the Hopman Cup, secured various promotions to promote the Waterwise message and other key messages on behalf of the Water Corporation.

In addition to this we also worked with the Waterwise family on a number of promotions and of notable success was our concept for Valentine’s Day. The idea we created was to replace a bunch of roses with a Waterwise bougainvillea and this was extremely well received by all media.
